EPE foam recycling machine is designed for recycling waste EPE foam, foam packaging, and the crushing material of the extruded EPE material during the EPE foam extrusion machine starting. EPE granules produced by the EPE foam recycling machine can be mixed with new LDPE together put back into the EPE foam sheet extrusion machine.
The recycled EPE granules produced by EPE foam recycling machine from in-house waste can be re-used for producing high-quality EPE foams once again.
The EPE foam recycling machine contains 5 parts: Waster material feeder, Extruder, Die, water cooling, and granules cutter.
Easy EPE foams waste feeding without the need for pre-cutting.
